cocoa favorite

Hope everyone had a happy new year! I am ringing in 2012 with a cold... but its ok because now i have a great excuse to drink gallons of my new favorite hot cocoa from land-o-lakes.

land-o-lakes? I know, I was right there with you til I tasted it - Love! the raspberry and artic white are my current favorites. Stay warm!

breakfast

I love holiday weekends, you can sleep in (at least a little), watch cartoons, lounge in your PJ's til noon... or all day (who am I to judge?), and last but not least - experience the joy of breakfast.

Seriously, how often do you get to eat french toast, eggs and sausage? When was the last time you had pancakes with syrup, butter and blueberries? or better yet a la mode!

There definitely isn't enough breakfast in my life, but these nice long holiday weekends are the perfect opportunity to hash-brown it up.

Since this precious new years weekend will be over before I know it, and while so many will be eating pork and sauerkraut - I'll be paying homage to the most important meal of the day with some breakfast.... and some of these syrupy-sweet items.

why yes, i do fancy a nap with my favorite breakfast food .... but that might just be the most expensive breakfast ever at $600.00 a flapjack
